- What is Mega Spin Group?
- Mega Spin Group is a Kenyan industrial and agricultural group based in Nakuru County. It operates five businesses across two divisions: Mega Pack (corrugated packaging) and Mega Paper (recycled paper) in manufacturing, and Roseto, Sierra Flora and Florenza in floriculture. The group began with the Roseto rose farm in 2005 and added manufacturing from 2009 onwards.

- All Mega Spin Group operations are in Nakuru County, Kenya. Mega Pack is on Stanley Mathenge Road in Nakuru Industrial Area, Mega Paper is on Nairobi Road along the Nakuru–Eldoret highway, and the three flower farms are at Rongai, Elburgon, and Ol'banita and Solai respectively.

- Why does Mega Spin Group operate both packaging and flower farms?
- The businesses are vertically integrated. Mega Paper produces recycled paper, Mega Pack converts it into corrugated cartons, and a substantial share of those cartons are flower boxes used by the group's own farms and by other Kenyan growers. Owning each stage lets the group control quality and supply continuity from raw fibre through to the export box.
